Vision Helpdesk’s Partners Program allows you to resell Customer Service Software products to the global market and earn high commissions.
Our partner’s program is simple and it offers 2 types of partnership options.
Non-Exclusive Partner
An Entity which fulfils the conditions listed below can become Non-Exclusive partner.
- have a registered company and office in the country of registration.
- must have a registered website and company e-mail id, and
- have a minimum 6 months prior experience in selling a SaaS software product in the country of registration.
Exclusive Partner
An Entity satisfying any of the below criteria can become Exclusive partner –
- A Non-Exclusive partner who has completed 6 months and sold to at least to 3 customers would be eligible for applying for Exclusive partnership program for Specific region.
- Or they have experience of selling similar Customer Service Tools for Minimum 2 years and also have sufficient staff to manage operations and willing to actively promote our products.
Note: There cannot be more than one exclusive partner in the same region. The right of allocating the region to an exclusive partner would solely be with Vision Helpdesk.

No, There is absolutely no fee involved in order to register as a partner with Vision Helpdesk.
Yes, for both non-exclusive and exclusive partners they have to sign a partnership agreement with Vision Helpdesk.
No, you cannot register as a partner – For both non-exclusive and exclusive partnership, we require the partner should have a registered business and other criteria mentioned as above. You can act as a referrer – please contact us at sales@visionhelpdesk.com to check for referrer commission details.
Exclusive partners are allocated a certain region or geographical area where they operate their registered business. A region can be a single country, state or group of states. Depending on partners expertise and their business reach the exclusive selling rights will be allocated to the partner. The region allocation is solely decided by Vision Helpdesk Team.
No, there cannot be more than one exclusive partners in the same region.
Yes, we offer product training using webinars, video tutorials and software documentation in English.
Please contact us at partners@visionhelpdesk.com along with your partnership proposal and a brief description of your business. Our partner’s manager will be happy to share the discount details and other criteria for both non-exclusive and exclusive partners.
For Exclusive Partner the end user billing has to be managed by the partner themselves. The partner will purchase the license or services from Vision Helpdesk at a discounted rate and bill the End User with final price plus taxes which may or may not apply in your country.
For, Non-Exclusive Partner, The partner has an option to bill the End User same as Exclusive Partner. If for some reason the partner does not want to manage End User billing then they can have the End User sign-up directly with Vision Helpdesk and we will pay the commission to the partner by Bank Wire Transfer. While transferring the commission amount to Partner the bank transfer fee would be borne by the Partner. The minimum accumulated commission amount to receive a payout would be $200 USD.
